It costs £11.95 for an adult ticket, this gives you an hour session. You can even bring your toddler or the whole family as there are different ticket options to help bigger parties save money. Or you can choose specific classes if you don’t want any kids in your session.

Pole fitness is a great way for building your strength as you’re essentially engaging your core muscles. So if you want to feel more toned, strong, and confident, pole fitness might be the exercise for you.

If you’re a complete beginner, you can join one of their taster sessions which are free and are lots of fun. These are held every four weeks, or if you’ve learnt pole elsewhere, you can just book onto one of their regular classes which cost £10 for an hour.

You can pay as you go, but if you really enjoy the classes, you’ll be able to pay for up to 10 classes in advance which works out a lot cheaper.

Clubbercise - Hooperlative Health and Fitness in Totnes or Dartmouth

Think disco party with glow sticks, neon clothing and hula hoops.

Clubbercise is a fun dance fitness class that plays club tunes from the 90s, all the way to the latest chart toppers.

It takes place in a dark room with lots of disco lights and the routines are super easy to follow, so it’ll probably feel more like a night out than a tiring workout.

The session lasts an hour and it costs just £9 per person, so go get your groove on!
