Business Fest South West
Exeter, 2nd April 2025
Business Fest South West is an annual celebration of innovation and collaboration in the South West, held at Westpoint Arena in Exeter. This event is set to attract over 2,000 visitors from across the South West’s business industry. Whether you’re looking to generate leads, expand your professional network, or gain valuable insights, this event offers something for everyone.
Britain’s Ocean City Running Festival
Plymouth, 11th May 2025
We are excited to join Britain’s Ocean City Running Festival as the Official Vehicle and Automotive Support Partner for the 2025 event. As part of this partnership, BYD South West will provide the lead vehicle and a dedicated cheer station along the route, ensuring an enhanced experience for participants and spectators alike. In addition, we will showcase our latest range of innovative electric and hybrid vehicles on Plymouth Hoe Promenade, allowing attendees to explore our cutting-edge automotive technology. We will also have Team BYD South West captained by our colleagues for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon races.
Devon County Show
Exeter, 15th – 17th May 2025
Devon’s must-visit county show returns to Westpoint in May, and we’ve got the pleasure of showcasing our models over the course of the event. While you’re exploring the stands, visit the animals, and shopping the locally-soured goodies, you’ll be able to experience the innovation of BYD models and get to know our BYD Exeter team.
Royal Cornwall Show
Wadebridge, 5th – 7th June 2025
We’re delighted to be attending Cornwall’s biggest annual event this year. Taking place in sunny June, Royal Cornwall Show is making its return to Wadebridge to show the best in entertainment, agriculture, and competition in the county. Plymouth Armed Forces Day

We’re supporting the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community, whether that’s currently serving troops to reservists, veterans to cadets, and their families. We’re joining the line-up of incredible shows and activities at Plymouth Armed Forces Day, including the all-day arena, parades, demonstrations, and more. Get to know the BYD Plymouth team, explore our models, and come together to show support for our Armed Forces.
Somerset Armed Forces Day
Taunton, 5th July 2025
BYD Taunton are proud to be representing BYD South West at Somerset Armed Forces Day, the free community event that supports and celebrates the Armed Forces and Emergency Services communities. Come and say hello the team and explore our new models as we celebrate together.
Taunton Flower Show
Taunton, 1st – 2nd August 2025
Experience the oldest flower show in the country, right in the heart of Taunton. Music, arena entertainment, traders, and family fun will be making up a large part of the event, and we’re excited to be exhibiting alongside such great company. The competition marquee shows the talents of the community, and the floral marquee and designer gardens demonstrate national horticultural excellence.
