1. Black
Black has made the top of the list as the most popular car colour for BYDs this year. 31.1% of all cars sold from BYD South West in 2025 have been black, making up almost a third of all cars. The BYD DOLPHIN and BYD SEAL made up a large chunk of this, with black being the most popular colour choice for these models by far.
2. Grey
Coming in closely behind black is grey, with 28.9% of cars sold this year fitting into the colour group. Most of our BYD SEAL U DM-i and BYD SEALION 7 customers favoured grey over any other colour, with 60% of SEALION 7s being sold in grey.
3. White
Making up the final number in the top three colours is white, contributing to 17.7% of all cars cold. The most popular model in this colour was the BYD DOLPHIN SURF, with white being the preferred choice for 26.8% of all DOLPHIN SURF customers.
4. Blue
Blue cars accounted for 15.4% of sales this year, a third of which came from the BYD ATTO 3. The DOLPHIN SURF came in second, with a quarter of their sales being in the blue colourway.
5. Green
Green cars made up just 6.6% of the total sales in 2025, with the ATTO 2 accounting for the chosen model in the colour. 75% of all ATTO 2 models sold were in green, while the DOLPHIN SURF and SEAL sold 24.2% and 25% respectively of their orders in the colour.
