Win Tickets to the Commonwealth Games 2026

The promoter: BYD (U.K.) Co. Ltd, Building 5, ARC Uxbridge, Sanderson Rd, Denham, Uxbridge UB8 1DH 2. The prize: BYD UK are giving away a total of 150 pairs of tickets for the Glasgow 2026
Commonwealth Games. Each BYD UK Retail Showroom in the UK will receive 1-pair of tickets to giveaway. This promotion gives each winner 1-pair of tickets to the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. Events, times and dates will be shared by each retailer to the winning person post 5th July. 3. Eligibility: Entry is open to anyone who test drives a BYD car at their local BYD retailer from 9am on Saturday 27th June 2026 up until 5pm on Sunday 5th July 2026. Entries limited to 1 per person. 4. Winner selection and notification: The winners will be drawn by each local retailer who will then contact the winner and share the tickets electronically. 5. This promotion is organised and administered solely by BYD UK. It is not organised or administered by Glasgow 2026 Limited (“Glasgow 2026”) and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Glasgow 2026 shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment arising from the promotion, the winner selection process, or use of the prize. BYD UK is solely responsible for ensuring the promotion complies with applicable laws, regulations, and advertising codes (including ASA CAP Code). 6. Glasgow 2026 accepts no responsibility for the organisation, delivery, or fulfilment of the prize. All aspects of prize administration and fulfilment are the sole responsibility of BYD UK and Glasgow 2026 will not communicate directly with entrants regarding administration of the promotion. 7. The prize consists of standard event tickets only and does not include hospitality access or any benefits not explicitly stated. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, or any other ancillary or personal expenses.
2/2 8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be resold or offered for resale. Any resale or attempted resale may result in cancellation of the tickets without refund.
9. Use of the prize ticket(s) is subject to Glasgow 2026’s ticketing terms and conditions, venue rules, operational requirements, and any changes to event scheduling, format, or capacity. Winners (and, if applicable, any guests) must comply with all ticketing terms, venue rules, safety requirements, and behavioural standards. Glasgow 2026 reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any winner or guest who breaches these requirements or whose behaviour risks safety, disruption, or reputational damage. 10. BYD UK is solely responsible for compliance with data protection laws in connection with the promotion. Glasgow 2026 will only receive entrant personal data to the extent necessary for fulfilment of the prize and will not otherwise access or use entrant data unless expressly agreed in writing. 11. Prizes can only be used as stipulated, are not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited. Prizes must be taken as a complete package. Any breach of this term will result in disqualification and we reserve the right to cancel the prize.
