A full house for BYD Exeter, who are celebrating our three-star accreditation award following City West Country’s bi-annual survey with employee engagement specialists Best Companies. A three star accreditation is the highest award achievable.
Best Companies, whose programme is recognised nationally as the standard for workplace engagement, collate their data from employee feedback. They report on their findings to show employers their employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and feelings about their employer.
