The team at Mercedes-Benz of Taunton have been announced as one of the winners for the 2025 Customer Services Customer Care Award. As stated by Mercedes-Benz UK’s Customer Service Director, the Mercedes-Benz of Taunton team has “demonstrated expert customer care, and consistently upheld the luxury standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand … building customer loyalty and also contributing to long-term profitability and growth.”
The Customer Care Award, introduced in June 2024, evaluates specific targets for the teams, such as the speed of addressing complaint escalations, team training accomplishments, and the efficiency of getting customers back on the road promptly.
General Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Taunton, Martin Green, said:
“This award is in recognition of a sustained effort in customer service where the Taunton After Sales team have exceeded the objectives set by Mercedes-Benz UK. Putting customer service as one of our main priorities means we focus on the ease of booking and excellent communication, supported by a sustained effort of our ‘right first time’ diagnostic approach.
