If you’re a complete beginner, you can join one of their taster sessions which are free and are lots of fun. These are held every four weeks, or if you’ve learnt pole elsewhere, you can just book onto one of their regular classes which cost £10 for an hour.

You can pay as you go, but if you really enjoy the classes, you’ll be able to pay for up to 10 classes in advance which works out a lot cheaper.

Clubbercise is a fun dance fitness class that plays club tunes from the 90s, all the way to the latest chart toppers.

It takes place in a dark room with lots of disco lights and the routines are super easy to follow, so it’ll probably feel more like a night out than a tiring workout.

The session lasts an hour and it costs just £9 per person, so go get your groove on!
