Ryan’s journey to BYD has been marked by his dedication to the automotive industry.
With approximately seven years of experience at MINI here in Exeter (where he first worked with Transaction Manager, Chris Tripp) he has honed his skills and deepened his understanding of customer needs throughout the sales process.
This background has equipped him with valuable insights into how to best serve our customers as they navigate the transition to electric vehicles.
Day-to-day operations
A typical day for Ryan begins with catching up on any inquiries that have come through overnight, ensuring that each customer receives prompt and attentive service. Then, he meticulously checks his diary for the day ahead, ready to share his BYD knowledge with those visiting the showroom to browse the BYD model range and take test drives.
Ryan’s role goes beyond just selling cars; it’s about fostering relationships and building trust with our customers. He understands that switching to electric is a significant decision for many, and he is committed to providing them with the guidance and support they need to make informed choices.
