We have an rare and exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitions individual to join our Light Commercial Vehicle (Van) team in Taunton as a Trainee Sales Consultant.

Salary
£13,312.00 – £23,795.20 per annum
Hours
Monday to Friday 08.30 – 18.00 with a 1 hour lunch break.
Trainee Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Liaises with service department and central teams
- Ensures system records are updated on our Mercedes-Benz website
- Organises and prepares vehicles in line with company standards and ensures marketing content is up to date. Liaising with the workshop where required.
- Work with the LCV Business Development Manager to ensure that the pricing of the vehicles meet profit requirements
- Supporting the LCV Business Development Manager with Live Video
- Assists the sales team and management as required
- Reviews customer satisfaction and implements improvements
- Organises all administrative aspects of the transaction in line with the customers expectation
- Run an efficient contact management diary, ensuring all leads are maximised
- Communicates clearly, regularly and promptly with customers and colleagues across all business areas
