Location: Mercedes-Benz of Taunton
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 18.30 with 1 hour lunch and every other weekend.
Salary: £20,463.93 per annum OTE (£39,163.93) Uncapped

About the Role
As a Sales Consultant at our Mercedes-Benz of Taunton dealership, you will be instrumental in connecting with potential customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the entire sales process. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential, as well as staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

Salary
£20,463.93 per annum with an OTE of £39,163.93 (uncapped)
PLUS £750 per annum Insurance and £1,500 per annum fuel allowance

Working Hours
Our weekday core hours are 08:00 – 18:30, with at least one early shift per week (08:00 – 17:30) on a rota basis. You will work every other full weekend, with a Saturday given back in lieu, and every other full weekend OFF.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong, loyal relationships with customers and key business partners.
  • Provide sound advice and product knowledge on vehicles, prices, specifications, and technical details.
  • Use competitive knowledge to highlight the advantages of our brand.
  • Conclude sales professionally, prioritizing the best interests of the company.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within franchise and legal guidelines.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of transactions according to customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of available finance products and document fully for compliance.
