Location: Site 5, Hill Barton Industrial Estate, Exeter
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30 with 1 hour lunch
Salary: £25,337 per annum (OTE £27,120 per annum)

About the Role
The role of Sales Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Sales support and Sales Team. Consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities
- Cleansing of vehicle files following delivery to the customer, ensuring all required documentation is present
- Completes Autoline records with end of warranty and finance contract information
- Ensuring CRM records are complete and accurate in line with current Data Accuracy guidelines
- Ensuring compliance in line with current FCA regulations via use of the TRACS System
- Maximising Me Connect assignments in order to meet targets set by the manufacturer
- Completes vehicle records within bQuotes including payout data
- Answering of incoming calls, efficiently directing each call to the intended colleague
- Assisting the Sales Support Team with invoicing and taxation of vehicles during registration months
What’s required from you?
- Previous motor trade experience is desirable but not essential
- High level of computer skills including Microsoft office software (Excel & Word)
- Must be accurate and show attention to detail
- Good telephone and interpersonal skills
