About the role:
As a Marketing and Sales Event Specialist, you will be responsible for organising a variety of events across our dealerships. You’ll research, propose, and plan events with budget holders before finalising them. On the day of the event, you’ll manage all logistics and act as an extension of the Sales team by attending the event, qualifying sales leads, and following up post-event.

Salary:
£30,000 per annum (OTE £36,000)
Working Hours:
Friday 08.30 – 18.00
Saturday 09.00 – 17.00
Sunday 10.00 – 17.00
Monday 08.30 – 18.00
The 5th working day can be discussed.
Marketing and Sales Event Specialist:
- Research, plan, execute and evaluate CWC external and internal event activity aligned to the commercial and marketing needs of the business
- Explore business opportunities and build relationships with local business with the goal of opening up new business opportunities and increasing brand awareness and the data capture of CWC
- Develop calendar of events to ensure minimum overlap and proactive planning
- Ensure pre-event meeting with budget decision maker to clarify goals, and expectations
- Manage logistics for the event, including securing vehicle availability, transportation, and staff, while coordinating pre-event, on-the-day, and post-event logistics
- Create event check-list and ensure line manager sign-off
- Write up risk assessments and ensure relevant insurances are in place for all events
- Lead on-the-day event activity managing and motivating teams to ensure outcomes align with goals
- When needed act independently acting as an extended member of the sales team capturing and qualifying leads
- Monitor and track Event Sales activity to ensure accurate reporting of event leads
