Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (42.5 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:
- Supervises the logistics driver operation in line with the company and OEM standards and processes
- Efficiently coordinates resources to deliver quality service on time and economically, while ensuring routes and schedules are optimised for cost savings.
- Takes responsibility for financial performance by analysing and monitoring costs, identifying opportunities for savings, and ensuring budget targets are met.
- Explore and implement new systems or tools to improve logistics scheduling and operations.
- Ensure drivers meet delivery schedules while adhering to customer expectations.
- Ensures drivers hours are checked daily and submitted to payroll monthly
- Collaborate across departments to prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Keep both the sales department and customers informed of delivery updates.
- Influence and communicate effectively with colleagues across the business.

- Experience within a logistics environment.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Excellent admin and IT skills.
