About the Role
We are currently looking for a Forecourt Controller to join our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Exeter. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30 with a 30 minutes lunch break.
Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for vehicle logistics at our Exeter site, this includes: managing stock in an out of the business, overseeing the process for the delivery of vehicles, ensuring correct presentation of new & used vehicle stocks and providing online administration support for Sales Managers.

Salary
£27,565.20 per annum.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.30 with 30 minutes lunch (45hrs per week)
Forecourt Controller Responsibilities:
- Inspect all vehicles, checks for damage and missing items, informing the sales manager of any issues
- Vehicles tagged, labelled and details entered on to Kerridge including preparation lines
- Manages vehicles process, ensures all required items are available, organises valet ensuring vehicle is ready for delivery.
- Ensures dealer and inter group transfer vehicles are ready for collection to include keys and book pack
- Liaises with the valet team, external bodyshop and tyre companies to ensure vehicles are ready for display in a timely manned
- Photograph new & used vehicles, ready for to put on website.
What’s required from you?
- Prepared to work outside
- Full driving licence with a minimum of 3 years’ driving experience
- Competent level of computer skills
- Good telephone and interpersonal skills
