Job description

We are currently looking for a Site Assistant at our site in Hill Barton, Exeter. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:15 – 18:15 with a 1 hour lunch break.

About the Role
You will be assisting with the vehicle logistics at Site, checking all vehicles when they arrive at site that they meet requirement quality standards. Ensuring correct presentation of vehicle stocks and help maintain the site.

Salary:

£23,795.20 per annum

Site Assistant Responsibilities

  • Assists with the receipt of all vehicles in line with the company and CWC standards and processes
  • Inspect all vehicles, checks for damage and missing items, informing the Compound Controller of any issues
  • Ensures dealer and inter group transfer vehicles are ready for collection to include keys and book pack
  • Assists with controlling key cabinets – issue keys to other sites and supervises drivers delivering and collecting vehicles. Ensures key tags and numbered mirror hangers are used
  • Ensures security at the compound is maintained and regularly checked and raises and issues with management

What’s required from you?

  • Previous experience within the Motor industry preferred
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
