Job Description

We are currently looking for a Host/Receptionist at our site in in Truro. This would be working Monday to Friday PM only, hours would be 12.30pm to 18.00pm. Also have availability to be able to cover holidays/sickness in the week as well as weekends and Bank holidays.

Within this role the successful candidate will be giving the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, ensuring customers and visitors receive an immediate and courteous welcome. And, to also ensure all customers are directed to the relevant sales executive and that their details are correctly put into the Host Module – emphasis is on ensuring a seamless interaction between the sales team and customer.

Salary:

£10.42 per hour (27.5hrs)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday – 12.30pm – 18.00pm. Also availability to cover sickness and holiday in the week and weekends. Saturday between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 (30 minutes for lunch) and Sundays 10:00-16:00 potentially including bank holidays.

Showroom Host Responsibilities:

  • Provides ‘meet’ and ‘greet’ support for the sales department, and all other departments when necessary
  • Approaches & welcomes all visitors in a friendly and open manner
  • Personally establishes contact between customers and an appropriate member of staff
  • Provides administrative support to the sales department in line with the company and CWC standards and processes
  • Delivers consistently high standards of accuracy and quality in the completion of information
  • Communicates and develops strong personnel relationships with customers
  • Builds good relationships with manufacturers, professional bodies, suppliers and statutory representatives
