About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Payroll Coordinator to manage our monthly payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a strong ability to handle confidential information. A key passion for spreadsheets is required.

£25,600 – £26,000 per annum

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours between 30 – 40 hours per week

Payroll Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Collate monthly variable payroll inputs and combine them into a master spreadsheet for upload to our outsourced payroll provider.
  • Provide and verify fixed data via spreadsheets to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Generate and analyse monthly payroll reports.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with various HR tasks related to monthly payroll input and checks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve payroll and HR processes continuously.

What’s required from you?

  • Previous experience in payroll administration and HR is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
