Location: Site 5, Hill Barton Industrial Estate, Exeter
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30 with 1 hour lunch
Salary: £13,312 – £23,795.20 per annum

About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior New Car Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Fleet and Retail teams. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to grow in the motor trade.

Junior New Car Processing Responsibilities:

  • Process orders for Fleet and Retail
  • Process larger data sets, and manage batch orders
  • Provide support and time for the department to avoid costly mistakes
  • Manage already increased order volumes

What’s required from you?

  • Learning Ability: A willingness and ability to develop knowledge of the Motor Trade and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office software (Excel and Word).
  • Communication: Good telephone and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
